By engaging Dezxey Agency you agree to these terms. Services are provided as described in your proposal or agreement. Payment terms, revision limits, and delivery timelines are set out per-project.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all creative work produced becomes your property. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Dezxey Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service.
