1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dezxey.tech, requesting a Growth Audit, or engaging Dezxey Digital Studio for software development, AI systems engineering, or paid advertising retainers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services & Project Sprints

Dezxey provides custom digital services including but not limited to:

• Sub-30s AI Voice auto-dialers and conversational qualification engines.
• High-converting web application and sales funnel development (Next.js, Shopify, WordPress).
• Meta, Google, and TikTok paid advertising campaign management.
• Local SEO dominance and Google Map 3-Pack rank acceleration.
• Custom CRM automations, webhooks, and backend client portals.

Specific project milestones, deliverables, sprint timelines, and payment structures are confirmed in individual client Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment for contracted services, all custom source code, design assets, ad creatives, and proprietary funnel copy developed specifically for the client become the sole intellectual property of the client, with zero vendor lock-in or recurring licensing penalties from Dezxey.

4. Growth Audits & Estimates

Our complimentary Growth Audits and ROI calculators provide data-driven estimations based on historic client benchmarks and industry averages. They are intended as strategic roadmaps with zero initial obligation.
